...the house for a moment, I need to buy groceries. Guess what, 1st of April, HA! Alright, real talk here. I want to apologize for taking too much time on doing... pretty much anything on this profile. Thing is, deviantART... isn't what it was anymore. I still feel like not many peeps want to stay here after the Eclipse update, and I don't blame them. I also miss the times where Gmod felt like a great novelty to me. But now, I'm not sure... I like Gmod still, but man, that old spark is missing somehow. Plus, been busy with some commissions in another account that kept me pretty busy. I swear I'm not abandoning the comic! If only there was another place where I can post stuff and let everyone see what I do here too... but hey, I hope everyone's doing good these days! Good news tho, a video is brewing in my channel! Stay tuned.

My opinion on the new layout?
It sucks. It just sucks. Not that the staff will care about people's opinions anyway, lmao.
With the normal deviantART layout, you see those icons in upper right and check the notifications. It both warns you and let you manage those. Simple enough.

Eclipse tries so hard to look modern and with a layout for smartphones or something, but it just doesn't fit well. It ticked me off back then when they ditched their iconic symbol for a weird Z and made a few other changes.
But enough about the unsatisfying looks, what about the functions? Is the new Eclipse functional?
Sort of. But it's not saveable. It sure makes a few things look more tidy and ordered, but mixed with the bad layout, it doesn't do a good job. But that's not it, what about other functions?

With the new deviantART layout, however, the site pretty much warns you. A lot of times too. It just warns you. That's it, really. You need to do a few more things before managing those notifications.
Eclipse: "Hey, I'm warning you multiple times that you have got new pictures to check, new comments, favs and watchers!"
Me: Nice, but how can I quickly reply back and then delete the notifications tho?"

Why add extra steps for something that has been easy to do for years? It's stupid.

Kinda late for some, kinda early for others, but I still wish you all a happy 2020.
Let's hope this year brings less crap than the last one, ahahah!
And I won't deny, it's probably better to do it this way, you have no idea how many journals about the new year I have in my inbox ;.;
I don't want to sound mean by not answering them all, but heck, I hope you guys read this in the meanwhile. I wish all the goods for you all!
Also, about that previous journal with the voting... yeah, seems like everyone is ok about me going with drawings too, as well as including a bit more lewd stuff in the gallery.

Do you guys think I should start to add digital drawings along my Garry's Mod and any kind of Source artworks, as well as mature bits from time to time? This might include fetish material, but not at those nightmare levels.
